Soft serve-style ice cream with strawberry sauce |
You'll be surprised how easily you can make your favorite
frozen treat using just one ingredient: BANANA
Make 3 to 4 scoops Prep Time 5 minutes Freezing Time minimum

GRAB: 6 very ripe bananas. 1/2 cup frozen strawberries. 1
tablespoon sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons water
MAKE: 1-Slive bananas into 1-inch segments. Store in a
zip-top bad and freeze for about 2 hours or overnight. 2-Make the strawberry
sauce: Using a food processor or blender, puree frozen strawberries with sugar
syrup until smooth, chill until ready to use. 3- Right before serving, puree
frozen bananas in a food processor or blender until the consistency is a creamy
as soft serve ice cream. Transfer to serving bowls and drizzle with strawberry
sauce or your topping of choice
TIP: Try out different flavor combinations! Serve ice cream
with mango puree and a drizzle of honey, sprinkle some ground cinnamon or cocoa
powder on top, or garnish with chunks of fresh fruit, you can also try adding
nuts and some cereal
