Peanut Butter and Banana Oatmeal Recipe |
We used ripe bananas and almond milk to sweeten this
recipe-no sugar required! To make, combine 2 large bananas (chopped) and 1
tablespoon butter in a microwavable bowl
Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup rolled
oats, 1/2 cups vanilla-flavored almond milk, 1/2 teaspoons all-natural peanut
butter, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Microwave on high, covered, for 8 to
10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drizzle honey over each bowl and serve with
bananas and nuts on the side
