Egg in a Hole |
You can't go wrong with this quick and simple classic for
brekkie! First, use a round cookie cutter or a small drinking glass to cut out
the center of an English muffin. Heat 2 tablespoon olive oil in a pan. Place
muffin in the pan and cook until lightly toasted. Gently crack an egg in the
middle of the muffin set. Flip muffin and cook egg until desired doneness.
Serve with sliced oranges, if desired
