in Cleveland. She says it's easy to shoot past the recommended 700 milligrams a
day "if you eat foods with phosphate used as an additive, such as
processed meats, cheese, and fast food". IF you see phosphorus listed on
the nutrition facts panel but not as an added ingredient, there's no problem.
But pass if you see any "phosphates" on the ingredient list
