This sweet-savory dish is an easy favorite! Toss in leftover rice while sauteing for a one-pot meal

Mongolian beef ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 medium-sized onion, sliced. 6 tablespoons hoisin sauce. 2 tablespoons liquid seasoning. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 kilo beef sirloin, sliced into strips. 1 (425-gram) can young corn, sliced diagonally. 2 tablespoon cornstarch. 1/2 cup water, beef stock, or liquid from the can of young corn. 1 large stalk leek, sliced diagonally

Mongolian beef recipe: 1- Heat oil in a wok. Saute garlic and onions until slightly brown. 2- Combine hoisin sauce, liquid seasoning, salt, pepper, and sirloin in a bowl. Mix well. 3- Add sirloin mixture to the work and saute until cooked through. Add young corn and simmer for 10 minutes. 4- Combine cornstarch and water in a small bowl; mix until dissolved. Add mixture to wok. Simmer until sauce thickens. Add leeks just before serving. By then, the Mongolian beef is ready
