Orange Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry ingredients: 2 tablespoons vegetables oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons thinly sliced ginger. 1 medium-sized onion, chopped. 1 kilo chicken breast fillet, cut into cubes. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup water. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 cup broccoli florets. 1 cup sliced carrots. salt and pepper, to taste. 1 cup sweetened mandarin oranges (Canned or bottled). toasted sesame seeds for garnish. steamed rice, to serve

Orange Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry recipe: 1- Heat oil in a wok, Saute garlic, singer, and onions over medium heat. Add chicken. 2- Add soy sauce, water, and sugar. Simmer for a few minutes. 3- Add broccoli and carrots; cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper. 4- Add mandarin oranges and mix well. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. By then, the orange chicken stir-fry is ready
