Creamy Broccoli and bean soup

Creamy Broccoli and bean soup ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/3 cup chopped white onions. 2 teaspoons minced garlic. 250 grams broccoli florets. 1 (400-gram) can natural white beans, drained. 2 and 1/2 cups vegetable or chicken stock. Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste. Croutons, for garnish

Creamy Broccoli and bean soup recipe: 1- In a medium pot, heat oil ans saute onions until translucent. Add garlic and saute until fragrant. Add broccoli florets and saute for a few seconds. 2- Add beans and stock: bring mixture to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes until broccoli is tender. 3- Turn off heat. Using a blender or food processor, puree soup in batches until creamy. 4- Return soup to a clean pot and bring to a boil. Taste and adjust seasoning. Before serving, garnish with bread croutons, if desired. By then the Creamy Broccoli and bean soup is ready
