Rose Jelly with Berries recipe and ingredients

Serve 4 Perp Time 10 minutes plus chilling time Cooking Time 5 minutes

Rose Jelly with Berries ingredients: 1/2 sugar. 1 and 1/2 talbespoon piwdered gelatin. 250 grams assorted berries, plus extra, to serve. Berry ice cream for garnish. See tip

Rose Jelly with Berries recipe: 1- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes until sugar dissolves. 2- Pour 1/4 cup hot water in a small heatproof bowl. Whisk gelatin vigorously into mixture with a fork until dissolved. Whisk gelatin mixture into remaining water mixture. Set aside and let cool for 10 minutes. 3- Divide berries evenly among 4 1-cup glasses. Pour jelly mixture over. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until set. 4- Serve chilled jellies with berry ice cream and extra berries
