Pumpkin Patties ingredients: 1/2 kilo pumpkin peeled and seeded. 1 medium-sized onion, diced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup shrimp, finely diced. 1/4 cup flour. salt and pepper, to taste. Oil for frying

Pumpkin Patties recipe: 1- Grate pumpkin and carrots; combine. 2- Place vegetables in a sieve set over a medium bowl. Squeeze out excess liquid from pumpkin and carrots. 3- Mix together pumpkin carrots, onions, garlic, and shrimp. Mix well. 4- Mix in flour and season with salt and pepper. 5- Shape the patties; The two tablespoons of the mixture and fatten into disc. Repeat with remaining ingredients. 6- In a shallow pan over high heat, fry in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels
