Satisfying your sweet tooth doesn't always mean indulging in decadent dessert. Use healthy sweeteners like honey, coco sugar, or agave nectar to make wholesome treats. This low-sugar trifle makes for prefect meal-ender- and it's high in calcium, too

Serves 6 Perp Time 30 minutes Cooking Time 10 minutes
GRAB: 1 cup rolled oats. 3 tablespoons coco sugar or muscovado sugar, plus extra for sprinkling. 1 cup plain yogurt. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced. 1 cup toasted rice crispies

MAKE: 1- In a small pan, toast rolled oats until golden brown. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and mix until sugar caramelizes and sticks to the oats. Add another tablespoon sugar and repeat the same process. Continue toasting until oats are crisp and well coated in caramelized sugar. Set aside. 2- Combine yogurt and honey; chill until ready to use. 3- Arrange sliced strawberries in small glasses. Fill each glass with a few tablespoons rolled oats and pinipig. Add more strawberries, and then spoon honeyed yogurt on top. Add more rolled oats, pinipig, and sugar. Serve immediately
