Stir-fried vegetables in oyster sauce

For this recipe, we used a mixture of broccoli, sliced red peppers, baby corn, baby carrots, and snow peas. Try using Asian greens such as Chinese broccoli, choy sum, bok choy, or kai lan. Stir-fry stems for 1 to 2 minutes then add leaves, tossing until just wilted

Serves 4 Perp Time 10 minutes Cooking Times 5 minutes

GRAB: 1/4 cup oyster sauce. 2 tablespoons water. 500 grams mixed vegetables of choice, cut to similar size. 2 tablespoons vegetable pr peanut oil. 2 leeks sliced

MAKE: 1-In a small bowl, combine oyster sauce and water. 2-Blanch hard vegetables such as baby carrots and corn for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer immediately to iced water and drain well. 3-Heat oil in a wok on high heat, Stir-fry vegetables in oil for 1 to 2 minutes, Add sauce stir0fry for 1 to 2 minutes, until almost tender and sauce has thickened. 4-Top with leeks and serve immediately
