Overnight Oats
Overnight Oats

Prep Time 5 minutes, plus overnight soaking time

GRAB: 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, low-fat or regular, 1 tablespoon raisins, 2 dates, chopped, nuts and fresh fruit for topping the next day (we used strawberries, bananas, and walnuts), honey to taste

MAKE: combine oats, yogurt milk, raisins, and dates in a serving bowl. Mix until everything is fully incorporated and there are no lumps of yogurt left and then covers with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight. The next morning give your oats a stir. Top with nuts and fresh fruit. Sweeten to taste with honey. Serve cold

TIP: Instead of raisins and dates you can substitute your favorite dried fruits. you can also add wheat germ or chia seeds, Just make sure to always use old-fashioned rolled oats, and add the dried fruit the night before and the fresh fruit right before eating
