Stir-fried black pepper vegetables with beef strips

Trying to cut down on crabs? Make vegetables the star of your meal
Serves 4 Prep Time 30 minutes Cooking Time 20 minutes

GRAB: 3 tablespoons canola oil or peanut oil.3 cloves garlic, chopped. 1 medium-sized onion, chopped. 250 grams sliced beef sirloin, 1 cup cauliflower florets, blanched. 1 cup diced zucchini. 2 cup diced red bell pepper. 2 tablespoons freshly cracked black pepper. 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce

MAKE: 1- Heat oil in a wok. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add sliced beef and cook for 5 minutes. 2- Add cauliflower zucchini and red bell pepper. Season with back pepper and soy sauce. Cover wok and let cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes or just until vegetables or tender. Serve hot
