Serves 4 to 5 Prep Time 5 minutes, plus 1 hour marinating time Cooking Time 10 minutes

Grilled Chicken with Yogurt and Kaffir Lime ingredients: 500 grams boneless and skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup yogurt and Kaffir Lime marinade, divided. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/2 cup all-purpose cream. Grilled or toasted pita bread, quartered, to serve (optional). Cold cucumber salad, to serve. Optional

Grilled Chicken with Yogurt and Kaffir Lime recipe: 1- Using a rolling pin flattens each chicken breast until 1/4-inch-thick. 2- Arrange chicken breasts in a shallow bowl Pour over 1/2 cup Yogurt and make Kaffir Lime Marinade. Turn to coat each pieces. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 3- Heat grill to medium-high heat. Drizzle with olive oil. Grill chicken breasts until cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. 4- In a bowl, mix together remaining Yogurt and Kaffir Lime Marinade the all-purpose cream. 5- Serve grilled chicken with yogurt-Kaffir Lime sauce, pita bread and a cold cucumber salad
