Tuna Steaks with Lemon and Mint ingredients: 5 pieces (about
500 grams) fresh tuna steaks, sliced into 1/2-inch-thick pieces. 3/4 cup
lemon-mint marinade. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. Salad greens, to
serve (optional). Lemon wedges, to serve
Tuna Steaks with Lemon and Mint recipe: 1- Arrange tuna
steaks on a shallow tray. Pour the Lemon-Mint Marinade over, making tuna. Cover
and refrigerate for about 2 hours. 2- Heat grill over medium-high heat. Drizzle
with olive oil. Lay tuna on the grill and cook each piece until medium-rare,
about 4 to 5 minutes per side. 3- Serve grilled tuna steaks with salad greens
and lemon wedges on the side
