Making pasta for dinner? Cook more than you need and use the
extra noodles to make this salad for tomorrow's lunch
Tuna Pasta Salad |

Tuna Pasta Salad ingredients: 2 cups bowtie pasta.
1(185-gram) can tuna in olive oil. 150 grams snow peas (sitsaro) trimmed and
blanched. 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped. 1 small can corn kernels. 1
cup baby spinach leaves. 1/4 cup raisins
For the dressing: 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil. 1
tablespoon lemon juice. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Tuna Pasta Salad recipe: 1- Cook pasta according to package
directions. Drain well. Set aside to cool. 2- In a bowl, toss together pasta,
tuna, sitsaro, bell pepper, corn, spinach, and raisins. 3- Make the dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Drizzle over salad and toss
gently to coat. 4- Divide salad among airtight containers and pop into
lunchboxes along with a piece of fruit. Store leftover pasta salad in the
refrigerator
