This hearty bowl comes together in less than 30 minutes and it’s
a complete meal in itself! Add more vegetables if you want carrots, celery, and
baby corn would all work well
Beef and Bean Noodles |
Serves 2 Perp Time 15 minutes Cooking Time 10 minutes
Beef and Bean Noodles ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable
oil. 350 grams round steak, trimmed and thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons sweet
sherry. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce. 2 tablespoons hot
chili sauce. 100 grams green beans, halved. 150 grams thick rise or hafon
noodles, cooked according to package directions. 4 green onions, finely sliced.
Beef and Bean Noodles recipe: 1- Heat oil in a wok or large
frying pan on high. Stir-fry beef in 2 batches until well browned, around 2 to
3 minutes each. Return all of the beef to wok. 2- Stir in sherry and sauces.
Toss until liquid begins to simmer. 3- Ad beans and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2
to 3 minutes, just until tender. 4- Place noodle in a large colander. Pour
boiling water over to separate Drain well. 5- Add noodles to wok. Toss gently
to coat and serve topped with green onions
