evaporated milk, Whisk the slurry into the sauce, bring to a boil, and simmer
as directed

Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce ingredients: 1 tablespoon
oil. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 garlic clove, crushed. 1 cup sliced mushrooms
(about 100 grams). 1 (375-ml) can evaporated milk. 150 grams thin spaghetti
cooked and kept warm. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley grated cheddar cheese, to
serve
Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce recipe: 1- Heat oil in a
large frying pan on low. Add onion and garlic. Cook, covered, stirring
occasionally for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender but not browned. 2- Add
mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes. 3- Stir through milk and
bring to a boil on high. Reduce heat to low, and then simmer for 5 minutes. 4-
Toss spaghetti and parsley through. Season to taste. Serve with cheese
Tip: Use canned salmon in place of the mushrooms and add a
little lemon juice for a more filling dish
