Make 10 sticks Prep Time 10 minutes Cooking Time 5 minutes

Grilled Watermelon Salad on a Stick ingredients: 1 large wedge watermelon, sliced into 10 thick triangles. Canola oil for brushing. 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint. Flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Grilled Watermelon Salad on a Stick recipe: 1- Using a paring knife cut a small slit on the bottom of a watermelon triangle. Insert a pop sick stick into the rind. Repeat with remaining watermelon pieces. 2- Brush watermelon triangles with oil. Place on a hot grill until grill marks form, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a platter. 3- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese, chopped mint, sea salt, and freshly ground pepper on top before serving
