Grilled Mexican Corn recipe and ingredients

Grilled Mexican Corn ingredients: 5 ears of corn. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1 cup sour cream. Salt and pepper, to taste. Canola oil for brushing. 1 tablespoon chili powder, plus more for sprinkling. 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Chili flakes, to taste. 5 lime wedges

Grilled Mexican Corn recipe: 1- Remove husks from corn. Insert a metal skewer (you can use barbecue sticks or chopsticks) into each ear, Set aside. 2- Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. 3- Brush corn with oil and sprinkle with chili powder. Heat a charcoal grill or grill pan. Cook corn until lightly charred about 6 to 8 minutes, occasionally turning the ears so they cook evenly. 4- Brush corn with the sour cream mixture while the ears are still hot. Sprinkle with grated cheese, chili flakes, and chili powder. Serve with lime wedges on the side
