Glazed Vegetables ingredients: 1/2 cup butter. 200 grams carrots
peeled and sliced into half-moons. 1 cup honey. Zest and juice from 1 orange.
200 grams zucchini peeled and sliced into half-moons. 200 grams plums, sliced
into half-moons. Salt and pepper, to taste
Glazed Vegetables recipe: 1- In a large saucepan, melt
butter. Add carrots, honey, orange zest, and juice. Bring to a boil. Reduce
heat and continue to cook, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or until sauce
is thick. 2- Add zucchini and plums; continue to cook until vegetables are
tender. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper
Tip: If plums are not in season, simply increase the
quantity of the carrots and zucchini to 300 grams each
