Noche Buena Torta recipe and ingredients

Use leftovers from the previous night's feast to bring flavor to the Spanish-inspired dish. To make it healthier, you can also add more vegetables to the mix

Serves 9 to 12 Perp Time 10 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes

Noche Buena Torta ingredients: 8 large eggs. 1/2 cup milk. salt and pepper, to season. 1/2 cup spinach leaves. 1 red bell pepper, diced. 1/2 cup sliced roasted potatoes. 1/2 cup chopped chorizo

Noche Buena Torta recipe: 1- Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8-inch round baking dish with parchment paper. 2- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. 3- Mix in the rest of the ingredients then pour mixture into the baking dish. 4- Bake in the preheat oven for about 15 to minutes. 5- Slice into serving portions. Serve warm

Tip: In the Place of spinach, you can also use blanched kangkon
