Make 10 sticks Prep Time 20 minutes Cooking Time 10 minutes

Grilled Longganisa on a Stick ingredients: 10 pieces longganisa. 10 pieces cherry tomatoes. Canola oil for brushing. 10 quail eggs, boiled and shelled

Grilled Longganisa on a Stick recipe: 1- In a pot of boiling water, par-boil longganisa for about 5 minutes. Drain well. 2- Using a bamboo cocktail stick, skewer together 1 piece longganisa and 1 cherry tomato. Brush with oil. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Heat a charcoal grill or a grill pan and cook for a few minutes until lightly charred. 3- Add 1 boiled quail egg at the end of each stick. Serve with garlic vinegar on the side, if desired
