Salmon with Sweet-Spicy Hoisin Glaze |
Serve 4 to 5 Prep Time minutes
Cooking Time 8 to 10 minutes
Salmon with Sweet-Spicy Hoisin Glaze ingredients: 5 pieces
(about 500 grams) salmon fillets, sliced 1-inch-thick. 1/2 cup Sweet-Spicy
Hoisin Glaze. 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds. Steamed rice or blanched
asparagus, to serve
Salmon with Sweet-Spicy Hoisin Glaze recipe: 1- Heat grill
over medium-high heat. Place salmon steak on the grill. 2- Cook the salmon
steaks for 1 minute per side. Brush with the Sweet-Spicy Hoisin Glaze. Flip
steaks, then brush with glaze again. Leave salmon on the grill until almost
cooked. 3- Brush the steaks with glaze as they finish cooking, and again as you
take them off the grill. 4- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top of the salmon.
Serve with steamed rice or blanched asparagus, if desired
