Try this healthy spin on a pancake by using ragi (red
millet) instead of all-purpose flour. The pancake may appear a bit dense but
it's the perfect healthy alternative to processed flour

Red millet (ragi) pancakes ingredients: Ragi flour 22g (try
Down to Earth available at Gourment store), Caster sugar 80g try Tate &
Lyle available at Gourment stores
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Egg 4
Butter 80g, softened
Milk 160ml
Icing sugar, whipped cream, jam, maple syrup or honey to
serve
Red millet (ragi) pancakes recipe: Mix the ragi flour, sugar
and baking powder. Pour the eggs in. Add 40g of the softened butter and milk.
Mix thoroughly. In a non-stick frying pan, put the remaining butter and let it
melt on a slow fire. Pour the pancake batter into the pan and cook for about 5
minutes on each side until slightly golden. Top with icing sugar and serve
immediately with whipped cream, jam, maple syrup or honey
