Noche Buena Torta ingredients: 8 large eggs. 1/2 cup milk.

Noche Buena Torta recipe: 1- Preheat oven to 350F. Line an
8-inch round baking dish with parchment paper. 2- In a large bowl, whisk
together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. 3- Mix in the rest of the
ingredients then pour mixture into the baking dish. 4- Bake in the preheat oven
for about 15 to minutes. 5- Slice into serving portions. Serve warm
Tip: In the Place of spinach, you can also use blanched
kangkon
